In the trailer we see the Doctor in the same position. I think he's in a cage though, it seems to fit with the idea that he and Donna are unwanted guests.

By the way Jess, I found a youtube video (above ^^) with a picture of the gold cybermen and a few other ones you haven't got incase your interested. One picture is of a trailer and it says on there 'The Other Doctor' Martha Jones maybe?
the ood are trapped. so somehow the doctor and donna end up behind those bars. that ood in the snow must be dying, the doctor has his stethescope(is that a recent addition to his kit?) out. why would the doctor be reading donnas mind, it certaintly looks that way.
Maybe the Ood did touch Donna with their glowing orbs and Doctor's repairing her mind? Like he was able to help a crazy architect in 'Shakespeare code'. Or maybe again, they touched Donna and Doctor is trying to communicate with the Ood through Donna (you do see some Ood on the background in that picture).
