Well... there we go! Partners in Crime has now aired and twas very good, especially the computer effects. But what did YOU think?
I'll now be updating the Partners In Crime page so it'll contain a little more than wee spoilers... stuff like a plot summery and whatnot. You have been warned!!
The episode can now be seen on Planet Gallifrey TV
Oh... and if you REALLY like being spoiled... then watch this:
Hooray!
I think it was a cool episodes
ReplyDeleteSPOILER ALERT
I cant believe Rose was there at the end!Also, look on the doctor who site and you can watch the full episode
Homg I wish I coulda seen it at the proper time.. x(
ReplyDeleteThe image in this post isn't working for me. o_o
I loved it. Donna fit in perfectly.
ReplyDeleteSPOILER ALERT
OMG the end was just so emotional. I jumped up and screamed then suddenly became so sad because of the look on Roses face. She looks as if she's looking for the Doctor; visiting places where there's been trouble. She missed him by seconds! Gagh!
a few observations are on my blog, overall i loved it! but who spotted the word DUST in the background of miss foster in the adipose presentation?
ReplyDeleteBrilliant Episode!
ReplyDeleteI think I can guess whats going on with Rose.
She may have found the Torchwood or UNIT from the other dimesion.
And is bleeding through breaks in time using some sort of device that is not fully developed so she cant stay for long.
But later she can.
Any other thoughts?
It looked (to me at least) like Rose was turning away and disappearing on purpose. Like something or someone had called her home. I could be wrong though :-(
ReplyDeleteWOOOOOOOO tHIS IS MY THEROY SO IF YOU WANT IT TO BE REPRODUCED IF YOU THINK IT IS LIKELY PLEASE GIVE CREDIT TO JONATHAN RUSSELL: DAVROS IS EXPERIMENTING ON GETNG INTO OR THROUGH THE VOID AND EVERY TIME HE PUNCHES A HOLE IN TO THE PARALELL UNIVERSE ROSE APEARS IN OUR UNIVERSE. AT THE END WHEN ROSE PROPERLY RETURNS IT IS BECAUSE DAVROS HAS CAUSED THE PARALELL UNIVERSE TO COLLAPSE PUSHING EVERYONE FROM OUR UNIVERSE BACK INCLUDING ROSE, MICKEY, AND JACKIE BACK HERE.
ReplyDeleteI wanna know why she dissapeared.Also, the episodes working on BBC I player but not on the Who site
ReplyDeleteI think Rose is getting thorugh on perpose. Thats a no brainer. She may have only a certain time she can pass through for.
ReplyDeleteNoo, I think she was waiting around at dangerous places to see if he'd show up. I guess she disappeared because she hadn't seen him is all.
ReplyDeleteThe word 'Dust' behind Miss Foster. Could that be another 'Bad Wolf' message (as ComCom said) or another Y.A.N.A?
ReplyDeleteD.U.S.T = ?
yes, DUST could be an acronym, a red herring, but i dont think DUST would be part of the adipose presentation, so possibly something in it?
ReplyDeleteDavros Usually Shouts Terribly
ReplyDeleteI agree about there being something to it though Russell T is a clever begger. He knows we're looking for clues and he's probably filled the whole series with red herrings.
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to search for them though!
nice the ep was cool and how come you removed the banner i made
ReplyDeleteAh! Badwolf! I unfortunately lost your picture so had to use my old version... is it possible you could send it to me again?
ReplyDeletewhere can I watch it online? I've scoured youtube and nothing!
ReplyDeletealluc.org doesn't ahve it either.
Any ideas?
www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer
ReplyDeleteI've been told that it's on there but only if you're from the UK.
Lurved it.
ReplyDeleteThe commentary reveals some rather interesting info too...
Hey Jess! *whistles* Here ya go! :D
ReplyDeletehttp://www.surfthechannel.com/info/television/Doctor_Who_%282005%29/67411/S4E1.html
That's the viewing site, but you should be able to link directly to the tonmo.com video.
Now I'm going to watch it, HAR HAR har.
...I meant tudou.com. Where'd I get tonmo from? God I'm tired. But I'm going to watch it again and again until it's three in the morning and I pass out over the desk. HAH.
ReplyDeleteNice catch Quazar! It is indeed very early... but its always worth it for Who!
ReplyDeleteUadorei its blog, is full of art, adored, comes back visits it m hugs.
ReplyDeleteIt was pretty cool. I'm just glad that it's back on!
ReplyDeleteThe whole fat children thing was weird... they were so cute and CG, not really what I associate with Doctor Who.
It was a nice intro, setting up the season.
I didn't know Rose was going to come in so soon!
Bad Wolf turned daleks to Dust, a thought???
ReplyDeletemaybe dalek caan gathered up all the dust and did something. i dunno
ReplyDeleteQuazar, Just go to BBC I player,http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/page/item/b009w049.shtml?src=ip_ra
ReplyDeleteIts faster, not in parts, better quality, no pop ups,and you dont have to enter the code thing, its much more easy.I think its better than surf the channel(sorry.)But thats the best place to find it, best quality(because its BBC)
I don't think everyone can actually get BBC iplayer... isn't it only a UK thing?
ReplyDeleteI think iPlayer is a UK thing :/
ReplyDeleteDid no one else think the phrase "the bees are disappearing" was important? Um, initials spell out BAD. {Yep, I did spend the whole episode looking for things like this. Adipose is also an anagram of Is A Dope. I'm getting worse.}
i noticed on the taxi it had something that said ATMOS on it like from what we think the sontaran episode
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous!! WHEN IS IT COMING TO AUSTRALIA??!! Haven't even had Voyage of the Damned here yet.
ReplyDeletere adipose - is a dope
ReplyDeleteadipose tissue is real, so maybe nothing....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adipose_tissue
however "the bees are disappearing" sounds interesting :)
its not often the UK gets any good tv first, it makes a change to see ppl from other countries having to wait for it :)
ReplyDeleteDisappearing bees make me think of the Unicorn and the Wasp...
ReplyDeleteyea i thought the same but donna said that in the same sentence as adipose so she could have said something else.
ReplyDeletecombom;
ReplyDeleteI think the fact that Adipose is an anagram is either a coincidence or RTD thinking, "Ahaha, Is A Dope! It works!" It's probably in reference to the fact it's the company name (which is quite bogus, no?) rather than the Adipose themselves.
Jess;
The same with me, but I think it might be a word which has some significance other than making you think about TUATW, since there was some banter about it.
I really liked that last little bit with rose in
ReplyDeletebut I hate donna
Yeah the BBC player is only for the UK. It makes me sad because most of the tv I watch is on BBC.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness for others putting it up.
something needs to be done about the anti-donna sentiment in the doctor who community.
ReplyDeletethe first companion of the new series who doesn't swoon over the doctor, and we complain.
she'll grow on them soon
ReplyDeleteI like donna noble.
