'the girl' probably lives in the library (her library) so she must be immune to the shadows. the people in the library are probably the doctor and donna and her dad must be talking to someone else, not the girl.

ReplyDeleteI think it's a reference to Destiny of the Daleks, in which the Doctor is reading a book of the same title. (For anyone who's read The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, it might amuse you to know that the book in question was written by Oolon Colluphid, author of 'Where God Went Wrong', 'Some More of God's Greatest Mistakes' and 'Who is this God Person Anyway?' Unsurprisingly, it was Douglas Adams who wrote Destiny of the Daleks.)

I'm definitely not certain, but when you rotate #9 upside down and backwards it looks like the title is 'poker.' I'm pretty sure the middle letter is a K.
