    haha the suit creature. A skeleton in a spacesuit. The Doctor Who ideas are so original, I'm just like "why didn't I think of that?!"

    Just what has telebiogenesis (and Black Orchid) got to do with it?

    They're in the 51st century, where Cap'n Jack was originally from. The appearance of the sonic screwdriver/blaster is no great surprise. They probably got it from the factory in Villengard. ;-)
