Ohhh they film the Next doctor christmas special 2008 in April because that feature the Cybermen(from mondas and parallel earth)Cybershades The 10th Doctor(the real doctor) and the imposter doctor(the 11th doctor).
i dont think they filmed it because of the cybermen, the filming includes cyber men.they filmed it then because of timing shedules.
