Tennant in SJA?

I was sent an email recently that made me very excited indeed!

As we know DW is still filming and SJA has started filming as well - but they're being very secretive. Apparently Tennant was at the read through for SJA which obviously indicates he's going to be in one of the episodes, but thats about as far as we know.

Until now!

On the 20th April there was some filming in Penarth which included Tennant and the TARDIS. It might have included other things but the security was very very tight.

Credit to these wonderful photos goes to Mali :)

Now this could have just been for Doctor Who (they were filming there the previous week) but Tennant isn't wearing the same clothes as he is for the last special, which can only suggest that this is him in an episode of SJA!

A HUGE thanks to Guy and Mali :)

  2. I find this highly dubious.

Where's he going to find the time to be in TSJA when he's in the middle of shooting his last two episodes of DW?

At most it's a brief cameo.

  3. I agree with Dan, this is GREAT news.

Something I spotted...is that the same clothes he wore in Midnight??

  5. I think so - that really is more the way the Hand Doctor would dress.

Maybe Doctor 10.5 will have his own spin off series. ;-)

David Tennant in a spinoff about the Human Doc? Yeah right, I don't think so. If he was so attached to the role he wouldn't be bailing on the show, period!!! Complete fanboy wishful thinking. This different outfit, is more than likely for his appearance with Rose as doc 10.5 listed above.

  8. spinoff series with DT? never!

the more i think about this, the more im sure its 10.5, SJA doesnt need the doctor, bringing him in shows SJS is weak and shes supposed to be strong and can deal with things! also sladen is in the DW finale (4:18) so i cant see him in here too!

he has the 10.5 clothes too :)

Ok, firstly, the idiots whinjing about "Oohh, Sarah's strong, she doesnt need The Doctor's help" ought to learn the definition of "guest star"...that, and stop reading so many "females arent dependent on male intervention" articles in Women's Weekly. Doctor Who ISNT a romance story you chavs

This is CLEARLY not 10.5. The other suit? SO WHAT? The man doesnt have to be defined by his clothes. By this inane logic, there's three versions of The Doctor based on what he wears. Muppet.

God it's a shame DW has so many thick fans in conjunction with the intelligent ones.

  10. anyone who hides behind an Anon and calls me, well who cares, they arent so brave - this has already been debunked by scooty and its doctor who - NOT SJA, he was there at the filming!

so its 10 or 10.5, we know 10.5 is in the finale! the best to do is wait and see!

honestly, you really cant tell who DT is playing in that outfit. He's worn that before in MIDNIGHT. So, instead of all the name calling and speculation. Lets just chill out and wait til November

  12. speculation is why we are here, name calling is uncalled for!

Ehm, he is wearing the brown SUIT with a blue SHIRT. The Other Doctor was wearing a blue SUIT so it doesn't have to be him.

  14. even doctor who characters have been known to change their clothes :)

Yeah, but I didn't think they would use the blue suit again. I just looked at the spoiler pics from "Waters of Mars", though, and he is wearing it there.

  16. thats cos at the end of waters of mars, another TARDIS appears and the doctor gets out wearing a brown suit, leading in to the finale :0
