Nope no change..and yet with cloning and surgery you can get in the future you'd think he would have had a bit of a lift and tuck..mabe a spot of botox..lol
Wouldn't be surprising if he gained weight - he does no exercise at all!! (unless he really has legs and they run around under the machine a la Fred Flintstone....
im sorry but i really dont think that it is a alternet universe doctor because why would he make himself look like davros. also i always remembered davros being alot darker in complection
"would tie in with that report that someone tells the doctor he isn't the doctor at all. alternate universe, alternate doctor, one good one evil. hmmm."
Wouldn't tie in with the fact that it was established in the original series that Davros has always been a Kaled from Skaro and the Doctor is a Time Lord from Gallifrey.
The drill bit Dalek arm looks like a manipulator. kinda like it slots into a star shaped housing and can rotate. A bit like R2-D2 interfaces with a computer in STAR WARS. Or maybe it's a sort of key. in the way that the big red button used by the American military to launch huge missiles needs two keys turned simultaneously to arm the weapon and launch it. Perhaps the crucible is the planet stealing device or repository for the stolen planets and needs keys to open or operate it. Only the most powerful and senior Dalek/s would have the key/s. Like say, the supreme Dalek or Imperial Daleks. Maybe the daleks have a love of instant mashed potato.....
I think the original Davros, because you can clearly see the robot hand, which Davros would have needed to control his wheelchair after Revelation of the Daleks.
im not sceptical about the picture atall but im concerned if they have went over the top with davros because im still wondering why hes complextion is so light compared to his early apearences when he was quite dark in complection. i am also worried that they might of made him abit to different some of you might disagre but i felt that the new cybermen were a let down im hopeing thats not the same with davros.
What is interesting for me is how they went for the original look. In the orginal series, Davros was little more than a head and shoulders by the time of Remembrance of the Daleks. He also had his good hand blown off at some point. I wonder if they will try to explain the differences.
Also, anyone know if Davros appears in the last two episodes or only the very final one?
Is it just me or does he look more like an old man, than what he used to look like? His old face was more 'messed up', lol, this is more 'normal'. If you understand what I mean...
is it just me or does davros' hand look metallic, ie, a replacement for the one that was shot off in revelation? and how come davros has moved out of his "emperor chair" i was under the impression that his head was the only organic thing left of him, Sylvester did say he was all machine or somin similar. and what is goin on with the back of his chair?
If you look at Davros in the "emperor chair" you would notice that he was not just a head, but also his body was in there, though coverd partly by wires. I think it was also his escape pod to get off of the ship? So why not get a new chair!
I hate to dampen everybodies enthusiasm, but that looks to me like a picture of Terry Malloy as Davros from "Resurrection of the Daleks", superimposed over a picture of one of the new Daleks. Isn't it amazing what you can do with photoshop these days?
for all those people who are saying that the picture just looks like an old man that might be because davros is a kaled and if anyone has seen genesis of the daleks thay look just like us soo of course davros is getting older so he must logicaly look older.
"It's probably the aged doctor prostetic that they were rumoured to be reusing"
Unless I am mistaken those sorts of prosthetics are not able to be re-used as they are pretty much destroyed after a days use and taking them off. Not to mention the fact that they are kinda made to fit the users face. The could re-use the method on someone else or new copies once again on David but not the actual old stuff that was glued onto David's face or new copies on someone else.
Prosthetics come in varities; some are reusable, but most as someone here said, are not reusable. But, I do think that this is genuine and also that no prosthetics have been "resused" especially since the actors faces are different. (presumably, unless david tennant is playing davros - which I highly doubt) Thanks for the pic Jess
Richard@ I saw that picture a lot so I guess it davros and dalek in this ptcture I thought Davros is Emperor of the Daleks but he is not emperor dalek because he is half man in chair and he got one eye like dalek and he control on his chair and dalek creature in chair as dalek armours.

Hmmm... hasn't changed a bit, has he!?

What, and ruin his Kaled purity? pffffff Never
He looks a bit like the Aged Doctor from "The Sound of Drums".
;)

would tie in with that report that someone tells the doctor he isn't the doctor at all. alternate universe, alternate doctor, one good one evil. hmmm.

LOL! He actually looks like he's gained a bit of weight, doesn't he?
I'm gonna cry if Terry Moloy doesn't reprise his role.
He is still doing Davros audio plays, so RTD can't say that Terry didn't want to.

Are you sure its not an old davros?
It is 100% real though, wow what a discovery
It's true that there is a picture of davros, but in the background, that dalek doesn't have a toilet plunger...
I wonder what that is (maybe I am the only one who doesn't know, but if anyone else does, please tell!)?
The new dalek with the different attachments was seen briefly in the mid-series trailer, so they're definitely about in the finale.
Its probably some form of new gun, or a modification made by Davros.

I've been waiting for a photo to be leaked since it was obvioulsly gonna happen at some point. Looks pretty genuine. Can't wait for the finale now!
I think the original Davros, because you can clearly see the robot hand, which Davros would have needed to control his wheelchair after Revelation of the Daleks.
I wonder if it's going to be like the audio play "Terror Firma"... did they have mashed potatoes in that one?

I heard that this will propably be Davros from Pete's world. And that is why Davros isn't a head in an Emperor Dalek casing.
if you look at the bottom of the page u can see a metal hand!

That's him alright!
100% real footage IMO.
To ruin a season in viewing one photo...YES, I would DO IT!
@Richard
Make-up and special effects were terrible back then. That's why it looked like his entire body was in the Emperor Dalek case.
The 7th Doctor confirms it by saying that Davros "threw" away the last bits of his "humanity".
And the producer and writer of that episode also say that Davros is only a head in a casing (Interview on the DVD, Davros Connections)
for all those people who are saying that the picture just looks like an old man that might be because davros is a kaled and if anyone has seen genesis of the daleks thay look just like us soo of course davros is getting older so he must logicaly look older.
He's really got that whole Emporer Palpatine thing going on there.

that it looks *so* much like the aged 'sound of drums' doctor is now making me wonder if it isn't a photoshop job...
because surely they're not going to penny-pinch on the big finale by reusing an old prosthetic mask?
or else it *is* the aged doctor...
pom-pom-pommmm
Woohooo This is what I've been waiting for :) He's not changed a bit :)
