Ha. Fantastic, EK.

For some reason, I preferred last year's BBC holiday trailer. Better combination of music and clips, perhaps. Also, fewer cybermen.

Thanks a LOT for the UK-Outsiders video-search in YouTube... completely necessary.

question for dr who fan:

YOu keep saying you dont want any black actors or actresses (racist!)
but wouldn't you be proud if an asian man got the role?

(ive got in mind you said you were asian) after all wouldnt you feel a sense of pride?

Anonymous said...

Saying you don't want a black actor isn't racist if it has a valid reason why.

well he hasnt really stated one.
I personally coudlnt give a toss as long as the acting is up to scratch.

Asian man you got kidding me but Okay I am not asian i am black person and i am british black person but asian people are white on their skin so would the doctor be asian as the Asian doctor we see about that.

ah ok, it was some-one asking you if you knew where to buy a chinese to english dictionary, my confusion.

and i dont really want to get in an arguement amount skin colours so I'll leave that commen at that.

but wouldnt you feel a sense of proud if a black person played the highly worship and magnifacant role of the dr?

Anonymous said...

actually i got english dictionary but not chinese one because i am not asian so about the next doctor and cybermen or whatever.

I vote white male actors to be the next doctor not black actors or female actress

doctor Who Spammer, is it because they is black ? :-P

Anonymous said...

Asian people are not black people because they could be japansese chineses or indian so they are white people so black actors or female woulden t get role for play the 11th doctor.

Cvbermen from mondas and parallel earth would Destroy victorian people in 1851 because they are already in 1851 so it The doctor with that imposter doctor and rosita.

Anonymous:you better not call me doctor who spammer because it name calling when someone got their name so no more calling me or i had to ban you now for always calling me dr who spammer that is rude so beat it.

Anyway CyberKing is king of the cybermen who want humans to become the Cybermen would the The doctor stop the cybermen from mondas and parallel earth maybe cyberking could be mondasian cyberking or Cybus cyberking what do you think ?.

I think Doctor Who Fan says the next Doctor can't be played by a black actor because the Doctor has always been white... which, I suppose, makes some sort of sense. But then again, the Doctor has had different hair colour, height, etc. which are all genetic factors, just like skin colour... so black or white, Indian or Asian - none of it really makes a difference. Also, there HAVE been black Time Lords before (at least one appeared in the 2007 episode "The Sound of Drums" during a Master flashback)... so we know it's at least possible for the race in general.

Doctor Who Fan, looking at the history of the show and the nature of regeneration it would be completely possible for the Doctor to be black, even though it hasn't been done before. Personally I don't really care, as long as the acting is good! :)

I just want the next Doctor to feel like the Doctor. Affably alien. On the other hand, you know people would make a lot of fuss about a black actor playing Doctor Who. The very fact that this debate has sprung up in corners of the Internet demonstrates that.

Holy moly, guys, according to the BBC Press Office synopsis of The Next Doctor, there really IS a "CyberKing"!

Anonymous said...

Hi there I think I don t argee the asian actors or asian actresses because that make the doctor to regenerate into The Ninja Doctor to hit his enemies with arms and foot to kick the enmey like The daleks the Master Davros and even The Cybermen so i still want the the doctor to stay being white not black or being asian from asia.

Of course CyberKing are in it(the Next doctor)

'cuz all Asians are ninjas... yeeah. Anyway, a punch-kick Doctor wouldn't be unprecedented - what about 3? :P

Anonymous said...

Hello there.
Yes but You could find Ninja in china and japan an other hand is I don t indian actors or indian actresses to be the New Doctor because that him make to The indian doctor so white actors make the doctor to stay being white as britsth Doctor.

Anyway I still don t vote Black actors asian actors indian actors or female to be the 11th doctor so Do not bothering me and The imposter doctor is being an the 11th doctor because The 10th doctor the real doctor is better then the clone doctor and the imposter Doctor(the 11th doctor).

take a look back at the preview for BBC one. Who is that peeking through the door? (At about 27 seconds in)

Anonymous said...

I think the cyberman is peeking through the door because the doctor had ran away and the cyberman broke the Door.
