It looks like he's got a different shirt as well. White to be exact. Nice jacket! Hopefully he's got a Tartan Inverness Cape like the Third Doctor wore in the Five Doctors as an overcoat. It would go with his costume.
As long as he keeps the bow tie... Bow ties are cool! Maybe he should start wearing a fez...
nay i prefer the old one, maybe it's like Tennant's second series, he uses both...

personally i think no other doctor cud beat david tenent he was jus perfect for the job get rid of matt smith hes is absolute rubbish
