I have torchwood production vids and photos daily, often minutes after they are released, usually 3-6 photosets daily, by various photographers. http://lifetheuniverseandcombom.blogspot.com/
you also missed this photostream - http://www.flickr.com/photos/alun_vega/ - Alun.Vega is arguably the best photographer taking TW production pics ATM, if I was to only link one person, it would be Alun.Vega, and I certainly wouldn't miss him out :)
that is why torchwood has filmed anywhere so it doctor who and sarah jane adventures dr who SJA and torchwood are filmed in cardiff wales
