When I saw this I thought of Jack?
He would of been in 1851, if he had to live through 150 or so years to get to present day when he used his wrist-thingy that doesn't work properly to get off the ship (1st series ending) and from Torchwood, we know he was there in victorian times (can't remember if it was London or Cardiff, but they can travel :P)
Torchwood isn't set up for another 28 years, and we have no evidence that Jack had been around for that long by the time they found him in "Fragments".
I got no idea about Cyberking got brain maybe he got without brain so it cyberleader Cybercontroller had brain since Tomb of the cybermen Attack of the cybermen and The Age of steel.
I came up with a theory today. Maybe the cybermen have bled through from a parallel universe; and the other doctor is from that universe and has been chasing them. also, if this is another emotional episode i'll be mad. lol
The Cloister Bell?! Sweet Tom Baker's Ghost!

I'm guessing this is where we see images of all 10 Doctors - maybe a cyber-flashback showing the faces of all the Doctors they have fought over the centuries?
well I think it's something to do with a previous regeneration, any of the last 9 docs. someone (the "next" doctor) gets a bit of timelord essense that makes him think he's the doctor, and this is doc10's chance to put things right.
