Because he is the sexy tenth Doctor..thats why he snogs everyone. He may never get a kiss in again after he regenerates so might as well enjoy it..LOL

LOL yea. Well he doesn't seem to get much farther then kissing so Captain Jack still has him beat!
I'm not sure if I would count that as HIM snogging someone. Looks more like he got pounced on to me. ;) And who could blame her?
Bahahahahaha why am I not surprised :P. He definitely got pounced there, just look at his face! It seems these women just can't resist him!
Oh no. She kissed him. That means she's gonna die. Too bad. She seemed so nice.
As a girl I'll add to the 'who can resist him'? :)
But I'd say he was overdue for the kiss. He usually gets 2 kissed per series, so given how this is sort of half-series, might as well have a kiss here.

I don't think she's necessarily going to die, not all girls that kissed him died, plus RTD said this episode should be funny one.
