Scarecrow
Home Planet: Earth
Life Form: Animated human product
Info: The Family of Blood used scarecrows as soldiers, animated through "molecular fringe animation", in order to do their bidding. Mainly this was kidnapping local people for them to possess, and to attack.

The scarecrows were neither living creatures or cybernetic in any way. They had no ability to speak, nor any apparent skill with electronics, and were simple servants, bound to do whatever their masters required.
Episodes appeared: Human Nature, Family of Blood
Scribble Creature
Home Planet: Earth
Life Form: Animated Graphite
Info: This animated mass of graphite was created via the power of the Isolus, through a young girl angrily scribbling on a piece of paper. The fact that it attacked Rose suggests that, although it may have no mind or will of its own, it is somehow connected to the Isolus.

Although it floats through the air, it appears to be completely lifeless, simply powered by the Isolus. This connection can be severed by the sonic screwdriver, which renders the scribble creature completely harmless, and returns it to its normal graphite state. Since its merely pencil lead it can rubbed out by an eraser.
Episode appeared: Fear Her
Sisters of Plenitude
Home Planet: New Earth
Life Form: Humanoid Feline
Info: The Sisters of Plenitude were cat people, who dressed like nuns and worked in the New Earth Hospital. Driven to desperation at their increasingly ineffective control of diseases, they bred living humans that they tested on to find cures.

Most of the Sisters were killed when the Flesh escaped, being infected by the diseases that they carried. Those that survived were arrested for testing and experimenting on humans. Multiple times in both New Earth and Gridlock, "The goddess Santori" mentioned, who seems to be their deity.
Episodes appeared: New Earth
Slabs
Home Planet: Unknown
Life Form: Animated life form
Info: Solid leather, animated by rudimentary intelligence, these slave drones always work in pairs. It can be assumed that since they are pure leather, they can take any form, a Plasmavore hiding on Earth sculpted a pair of Slabs into resembling motorbike riders.

A Slab can be destoyed by an overdose of Roentgen radiation from an X-ray machine, presumably it interferes with the rudimentary intelligence rendering the slab completely useless. We have also seen a slab being completely vaporised by a Judoon laser gun.
Episode appeared: Smith and Jones
Slitheen
Home Planet: Raxacoricofallapatorius
Life Form: Carbon based
Info: The Slitheen are a family of Raxacoricofallapatorian criminals, they are rivals (and "cousins") with the Blathereen family, descendants of the Huspick Degenerate, and cousins of the Rackateen Family.
One of the most well know Slitheen, is Blon Fel-Fotch (Or Margaret Blaine) who appeared in three Doctor Who episodes. The Slitheen have also featured largely in the SJA, proving that there are more of the family still out there.
Episodes appeared: Aliens of London, World War Three, Boom Town
Sontarans
Home Planet: Sontar
Life Form: Cloned humanoids
Info: The cloned Sontarans have large, bulbous heads, short stocky bodies, grey-brown skin and deep set features. Sontaran blood is green and they generally had three digits on each hand.
As Sontarans tend to introduce themselves with their full title, a number of their ranks have been mentioned. These are some of those ranks:

- Battle Marshal (novels only)
- Group Marshal
- Marshal
- General
- Squadron Commander (spin-off media only)
- Commander
- Battle Major (novels only)
- Field Major
- Major
- Lieutenant (spin-off media & novels)
Note: the above are listed in order of seniority in relation to real-life ranks of Earth armed forces. However, the precise order is pure speculation.
Episode appeared: The Time Warrior, The Sontaran Experiment, The Invasion of Time, The Two Doctors, The Sontaran Stratagem, The Poison Sky
Living Sun
Home System: Torajii
Life Form: Star
Info: Its creation unknown, this is more than a simple sun. It is described as the Doctor as "alive" and there is evidence of it being able to speak and understand languages, through possessing people and talking through them.

Energy from the Sun was taken in order to fuel a ship, which is what prompted it to begin possessing members of the crew. It seems the Sun was bent on revenge, sabotaging the ship and asking the crew to "burn with me". It seems that the Doctor's superior mind allowed him to fight against its psychic attack and understand the fury of the Sun. Once the fuel, or its "soul" was returned, it allowed the ship and the crew to survive.

Sun Possessed
Home Planet: Earth
Life Form: Human
Info: The Sun-possessed are the crew on board the S.S Pentallian who mistakenly remove some of the Living Sun for fuel and cause it to begin possessing them in a vengeful act. The possessed appear to have to memory or recollection of their friends and family, acting more like mindless beings.

Due to the power of the Sun inside of them, the possessed carried some extraordinary abilities, such as a superior tolerance to freezing conditions, and the ability to wield extreme heat and light. As well as this, it seems that the Sun can access the memories of those possessed in order to find out information.

Sycorax
Home Planet: Fire Trap of the JX82 system (formally known as Sycoraxia)
Life Form: Humanoid
Info: The Sycorax originated on an asteroid in the distant JX82 system, but they were uplifted when a spaceship crashed on their asteroid and the Sycorax Leader enslaved the survivors. The asteroid was then retrofitted into the first of many spaceships, which the Sycorax then used to raid other planets. Their armada is permanently in orbit around the Jewel of Staa Crafell.

The Sycorax worshipped the god Astrophia and, although they have advanced technology, they are still suspicious of witch craft, and have shamans who are hight respected. They are proficient in the use of weapons like swords and whips, the latter which can deliver an energy discharge that disintegrates the flesh of its target. The individual lifespan of a Sycorax is over 400 years.
Episode appeared: The Christmas Invasion

Toclafane
Home Planet: Originally Earth/Utopia
Life Form: Cybernetic organisms
Info: The Toclafane are the last remnants of humanity from the year 100 trillion. Originally intending to travel to "Utopia" they find nothing but "the dark and the cold" of space. With nothing else left, they turn on themselves, cannibalising their own bodies to create a new cyborg race.

With the faces of Humans integrated into metal spheres that are sealed shut, making themselves "pretty", the Toclafane have a hive mind, and a child-like personality, making themselves almost invincible. Concealed within the sphere are spikes and blades that can extend and a laser that can turn Humans into ash. The spheres can only be shot down by an electrical surge of 58.5 kiloamperes, transferred charge 510 mega joules precisely.
Episode appeared: The Sound of Drums, Last of the Time Lords
Tricksters Brigade (Time Beetle)
Home Planet: Unknown
Life Form: Beetle
Info: The Time Beetle, similar to the Trickster himself, feeds on time energy and can cause a victim to change a decision they made in the past, thereby altering history.
The only way to stop a Time Beetle is to go back in time to the beginning of the new timeline and stop the change. If this is done successfully the beetle will released itself and die from the tremendous force.

What about Sontarans?
Aye, I haven't added any of the series 4 aliens/enemies yet. They'll probably be added once the series has finished airing.
What about Gridlock remember Novice Hame oh anad how long have you had this site for it amazing I mean I wouldn't even now half the monsters and all the episodes!!Oh and the Sontarans were a enemy I think with the 3rd or 4th doc.
Novice Hame is sort of covered in the "Cat people" section. And I have no idea how long I've had this site... under a year I know that much. Anyway, glad you like :)
The Sontaran rank bit your have taken from Doctor who wiki covers ALL the ranks. :)

You should add the Tritovores from 'Planet of the Dead'
I'm not sure exactly why but this blog is loading incredibly slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I'll check back later and
