The Radio Times mentioned in passing that the gold angels from Voyage of the Damned are referred to as "The Hosts". So maybe not Axons as we thought.
And that little red fella there is apparently called "Bannakaffalatta", and is from the sepecies The Porg.

it the Host the heavenly host but not Axons with Axos and Axolites. maybe Axons with Axos and axolites would return in New series of doctor who in series 6(maybe they return in specials 2009 or series 5)
