Oh yes, a very interesting scene (or possibly scenes) was filmed recently.
And by the way, I have no idea if this is the right order for the scenes, or even whats going on in them. I'm just guessing :)
Episode 18, scene 7
A young, naive Rose walks with Jackie through the Powell Estate. Its decorated with Christmas lights, graffiti, and the ground is covered in snow. From their expressions, it almost looks as if they're having a bit of a tiff...
Whether this is the case or not, they seem to make up as they hug and wish each other a 'happy new year', this is followed by Rose telling Jackie not to stay out all night, to which she replies 'you try and stop me!'
While this is happening, the Doctor is standing around the corner. The TARDIS is further down the street but not near him at this time. He leans against the wall and seems momentarily convulsed with pain, staggering just as Rose walks past.
There was speculation that this scene was merely a pick up shot from the end of Waters of Mars, however, since the Doctor is wearing his brown suit rather than his blue I'm going to assume that this is a second encounter with Sigma.
Unfortunately we don't really know anything about this second scene since the set reporters were asked to not take any photos or divulge spoilers. The only reason we have the Ood picture at all is because newspapers are apparently less honest :P
But according the quite a few people, the filming was very very emotional... the bittersweet kind as well...

And then I'm assuming that after this interchange Rose walks on, obviously having no idea who this man is since she hasn't even met the 9th Doctor yet... and our Doctor... well, he has exciting encounters :)
A very evil looking Ood Sigma...
EDIT: Apparently Sigma wasn't supposed to have red-eye, it was a mistake made by the costume department and when they re-shot the scene he was normal and un-evil.

excited to see Rose but it does look like its a goodbye on the doctors part but rose does not know him yet kinda sad but i am glad we get one more with Billie
Hi....I can't see the links to the photobuck pages....they come up "page unfound"....is there a reason for this? Do I need to sign up to photobuck to see those pictures?
If the years 2005, then Rose has met the Doctor...the episode Rose was et in present day 2005, so...this doesn't make much sense then.
What's with Rose's glowing crotch?
Possible blooper - or symptom of a changed timeline - is Rose wearing a WEDDING RING?
Do you think coz the doc is on the ground with the ood pic that ood sigma attacked him with his glowing ball thing? Possible regeneration reason?
I'm going to be really disappointed if, after all our speculating about Rose Smith and the Other Doctor, this is the last time we see Rose. I would rather get some snippet of her current life in Pete's World. It's cute, I'll grant that, but still. I dunno. That isn't much, plot-wise, to justify bringing Billie back.
Oh, and to Anonymous, Rose met the Doctor in March of 2005. This is clearly New Year's Eve of 2005, and won't meet the Doctor for three and a half months still. I do question, though: a) the Doctor going back in time to see Rose, and especially speak to her; it's a bit odd, and out of character, and b) that Rose saw Ten a year before Nine regenerates, yet doesn't seem to recognize him? What's that about? I hope I enjoy it when the time comes, because for right now it's confusing and a bit disappointing.

It seems to me that Rose met 10 for a few seconds and from her perspective she was just some random guy she probably forgot the next day
I think it is more than a passing on the street. Billie would'nt just come back to walk past the Doctor would she. She has something to do with the whole plot i can sense it.

Right. If it is 2005 when she sees him, shouldnt she recognize him when he regenerates into 10? Shes already seen him now so she should realize shes met him before.
Or
she should have been travelling with 9 coz christmas time at 2005? it would be turning into 2006 wich is when he regenerates into 10?
this might well mess the whole episodes up.
I'm with Kevin - Lets hope it all makes sense. If (9) rose is seeing (10) then she'd remember him! How many blokes are jaunting about in brown pinstripes suits and long flowing jackets?
I hope we get to see some of Pete's world and Blue Ten and Rose, it would be nice as one last tie in, as the Moff has stated there will be NO rose in his series.

I think this version of Rose knows the Doctor so i don't think it is 2005.
I have a feeling Rose is at the present day. maybe Jackie has split from Pete and Rose being leader of TORCHWOOD parralell has found a way to go back to Our Earth.

I highly doubt Rose would recognize him. I mean, would you remember a guy from over a year ago (that would be about the time he regenerated) that you just had passing words with on the street? I can't even remember a lot of my classmates from my college courses last semester that I spoke with a couple days out of the week!
I like this show very much and I am waiting for its next season. There is a news that Doctor Who Series 6 is ready to air on television.
