The writers for the fourth series of Torchwood have been announced. They come from a range of different backgrounds, including having written for House, Buffy and The X Files.
Russell T Davies will be writing in the 10-part series, as will John Fay (one of writers for the critically acclaimed Children of Earth), John Shiban (The X Files; Supernatural), Doris Egan (House) and Jane Espenson (Buffy; Battlestar Galactica).
Eve Myles and John Barrowman will resume their roles and filming is expected to be in Cardiff and North America.
The series is mostly likely going to begin in the Summer of 2011 on Starz and BBC One.
Reports also suggest that the series will be called Torchwood: The New World.
