A woman is walking up the road (highly believed to be Donna) There are flashes of light and Rose appears, hurting past her. After a moment, Rose reappears, walking towards Donna, who asks 'Are you alright? What was that, fireworks?'
Soooo, this is either the Doctor Lite episode, which is rumored to be about the Doctor's companions... Rose, Donna (Sarah-Jane??) or the beginning of the finale.
Either way, Rose is wearing similar clothes to when she was last seen on the beech in Norway (not identical though) and the flash of light could indicate... coming through a hole in time and space??
If you check out the Information/Rumors section of series 4, you will find that Rose and Donna have been seen filming together and Rose says something along the lines of 'he's dead?!' though I don't know if this is the same episode.

Whoa, Rose looks pretty pee'd off. It looks like Donna is hassling her by asking her loads of questions! I gotta feeling there's gonna be a companion punch-up and some arguing going on...See ya!!
Well the Doctor would travel all companions in tardis.
