I don't think there are any major spoilers, most of the newspapers keep it 'spoiler-free' but with tantalizing hints. Exciting!

AND, if you've read the spoilers from DigitalSpy, you'll know that "At least one previous incarnation of the Doctor makes an appearance."
Well, Several newspapers have picked this up and are claiming that all ten Doctor's will be seen in the special (although there's no actual proof of this)

loving the name of the other TARDIS, and over the talking all that i picked up on was:
"iam thw doctor, listen to my wordds. Iam doctor.....its me!" or something similiar, said when he is fighting on the stairs.
From what I've read in reviews of the press launch, Tennant's Doctor is trying to help Morrissey's Doctor to remember his past in the Tardis, and he shows him footage of all his previous incarnations in order to explain the Tenth Doctor's place in the scheme of things. Hence, all 9 previous Doctors make an appearance - Can't wait :-))
In a BBC Radio 5 interview with Russell T Davies yesterday he says we'll see past doctors in The Next Doctor and that it is in fact a 'Doctor Fest'.

I still can t wait to see the cybermen deleting the men and rest of the Humans but morrisey black man Bille piper and female will should not play the next doctor who.
