Well not a clip exactly, more like a whole episode. This extra-funny 'episode' was broadcast years ago for Red Nose Day, starring Rowan Atkinson (amongst others) as the Doctor and Jonathan Pryce as the Master. This special was also notable for creating the 'female Doctor' rumours (rumours that Joanna Lumley was going to become the Doctor).

Creating? "Female Doctor rumors" have existed since at least the JNT era!
Actually, the female Doctor rumors were started by Tom Baker in the 1970s, not by this skit (which parodied them).
Still, this is great to see and is notable for being written by Steven Moffat years before he got to run the whole show!
