Thank you for posting this yours is much clearer and bigger than the trailers I've seen on other sites.
Series 4 is gonna rock! Especially if the Doctor looks that scared and upset.
I dont like him to be mind you, but that just makes good television.

The stuff comin out the Doctor's mouth looks very similar to the life forces of the people from, From Out of the Rain on Torchwood. And a character in Fragments(Torchwood) mentions something about "a storm is coming".
So maybe the Doctor does body swap with the master and Davros does come back and the Torchwood crew are leavin us hints for Series 4.

Thats a good theory with only one problem: when they made the trailer, they hadn't shot any of the finale, so they wouldn't have any footage of the Doctor's life force and whatnot leaving him. Its most likely from an earlier episode.

in planet of the Ood the Ood are free from being slaves and in the poison sky the Sontarans were destroyed in the ship but Kaagh has survie to go to earth because he is lonely sontarans but soon in enemy of the Bane kaagh with his people sontarans will destroy humans with the Bane and journey s end the Daleks are destroyed by donna and Davros is dead but he has escape because he were using escape pod or Ememcey telepoarl shift but one day in specials 2009 and series 5 and beyond Davros with the daleks would got Revenge on The Doctor.
