destination unknown? ooooh....
LOVE the cristie-style fear forecast!!
yh! i can't wait. Are they all her titles or are some made up? it can't be a coincidence that one is called the man in the brown suit. surely if its not on next week they will make a coming soon trailer for the rest of the series like at the end of 42
Yup, there really is a book called the Man in the Brown suit. In fact... I dont think this'll really have anything to do with the episode but heres the synopsis:
On the platform of a London Tube Station Anne Beddingfeld watches in horror as a man looks in her direction, panics, falls on to the tracks and is killed. But who is the mysterious man in the brown suit who comes forward claiming to be a doctor? And what connection does he have to the scrap of paper with a name and date on it that Anne finds at the scene?
Hehe, ironic?
yh tnankyou you are amazing!
Aah, but The Man In The Brown Suit was written in 1924. This episode is set after that time.
scrap of paper - psychic paper?
they do it with mirrors..... sounds wrong! but also quite terrifying
"Murder is easy, vicar, when you've killed as many people as I have"
That probably sounds much worse than it actually is. (I kinda freaked when I saw that, but she could just be talking about killing off characters.)
16 min - The Lonely God: Agatha thinks the Doctor is "COMPLETELY ALONE"(?). Adam and Samuel nod in agreement.
13 min - Amy's wary as Donna asks for the CELLAR DOOR (?)to be opened.
31 min - Personal Call: No-one saw that coming! The family look on in amazement.
phone call on the tardis phone? it would fit in with the explicit reference to the empty child
^^^
woops i get the unquiet dead and the empty child confused
"14 min - Curtain: The kids hear the buzzing."
could relate to an actual curtain (wasp behind it), or the fact that the book in which Poirot dies in is called Curtain? Perhaps a death of one of the guests?
Should't the title of this post be "Hello Beebness" :)
have the doctor and donna been mistaken for a couple in every single episode?
Just occured to me: if the bit about Agatha Christie hitting on Donna is true, maybe that's why Donna grabs the Doctor and kisses him, just to prove that she's straight or maybe she's really drunk :)
if the doctor does appear in a flashback it would have to be the tenth so younger viewers could recognise him. he could be with rose and donna might see her and remember her?
The doctor looks shocked or worried when Agatha Christie says 'The thrill is in the chase, never in the capture.' :S
Yes, he does! Maybe he thinks she transfers her mystery ideas a bit too much into other situations? And wasn't she actually married twice in real life?
I kind of wonder if noticed the absence of rings why she called them a couple in a first place?
16 min - The Lonely God: Agatha thinks the Doctor is "DEFIANTLY WRONG". Adam and Samuel nod in agreement.
LONELY GOD!!! Donna called the doctor wrong in TDD

"All this **** will be the death of you."
"One must be sure with the Unicorn on the loose."
"The thrill is in the ****e, never in the c*****e."
"Tell me there's no Noddy!"
"There are no such things as giant wasps."
"D**** comes as the end - and justice is served."
Jess already has those quotes in the previous post.
She also wrote a collection of short stories calles - Partners on Crime! wow, it all ties in!
