The Age of Steel

Episode Location: Parallel Earth, London 2006
Aliens/Enemies: Professor Lumic, The Cybermen
New Characters: Pete Tyler, Ricky, Jake, Mrs Moore
Gadgets Used: Fake ear-pods, Power-cell, Mobile phone
Episode Objective: To stop Lumic and the Cybermen from taking over Earth.

Bullet-point Plot

• The Doctor uses the power-cell
• To kill the cybermen
• 
• Mrs Moore arrives in a truck
• They all get in
• Pete reveals himself
• As a spy against Lumic
• He's advised to take off his ear-pods
• Lumic takes control of London
• Through the ear-pods
• The group watch the Cybermen
• And decide to spit up
• Rickey is killed
• Crane goes to Lumic
• Asks for an upgrade
• Then tries to kill him
• Lumic is dying
• So the Cybermen upgrade him
• Mickey meets up with the others
• And tells them Rickey is dead
• They go to the factory
• Where the upgrades are being done
• They come up with a plan
• The Doctor and Mrs Moore go through the cooling tunnels
• Pete and Rose enter through the front door
• Jack and Mickey will climb the roof
• Go the the zeppelin moored there
• And shut off the transmitter
• Mrs Moore and The Doctor chat
• While going through the tunnels
• They're nearly caught by Cybermen
• But escape
• Pete and Rose meet a Cyberman
• Who tells them it is Jackie
• Both cry out
• And are caught
• Mrs Moore disables a Cyberman
• It's emotional inhibitor gets broken
• The Doctor realizes this is how to stop them
• Another Cyberman appears
• And kills Mrs Moore
• They take The Doctor away
• To where Pete and Rose are
• The Doctor asks where Lumic is
• He's revealed as the Cyber Controller
• Jake and Mickey find the transmitter
• But can't turn it off
• A Cyberman comes
• Mickey tricks it
• It punches the transmitter
• So all the people are freed
• The Doctor sees a camera
• He realizes Mickey is watching
• And begins to drop hints
• About finding a code
• That will shut down the emotional inhibitors
• Mickey finds the codes
• And sends then to Rose's phone
• The Doctor attaches it to the console
• And sends the code
• Across the whole cyber system
• The Cybermen begin dying
• The others head for the roof
• Lumic follows them
• The Zeppelin takes off
• They hang from a ladder
• Lumic climbs up behind them
• But Pete kills him
• Rose tries to tell Pete she's his daughter
• He can't take it
• And leaves
• Mickey decides to stay behind
• He and Jake go to liberate France
