Episode Objective: To stop the Slitheen from taking over Earth.

Bullet-Point Plot

• Alien experts killed by electric ID tags
• The Doctor survives
• He puts his tag on a Slitheen
• It affects all of them
• This allows Rose, Harriet and The Doctor to escape...
• Joseph Green removes the tag
• He convinces police that The Doctor is the enemy
• Rose and Harriet Jones hide in a room
• The Slitheen begin hunting them...
• The Doctor comes in
• He sprays them with a fire extinguisher
• Harriet and Rose to duck around the aliens
• They run to get the Emergency Protocols...
• The Doctor asks the Slitheen who they are and why they are invading
• They say they're not invading
• And Slitheen is not the name of their species, but their family.
  
• They prepare to end the hunt, but the Doctor shuts the Slitheen out using 3inch thick steel walls..
• But this also cuts off any chance of escape...
• The Slitheen summon the rest of their family
• Rose wonders if the Protocols have defense codes
• These could launch nuclear weapons at the Slitheen
• But American UNIT owns all the codes...
  
• Jackie and Mickey phone
• A Slitheen breaks through Mickey's door...
• The others try to gather information on the Slitheen,
• So The Doctor can identify their weakness
• He narrows it down to Raxacoricofallapatorius...
• They are creatures of living calcium
• So to defeat them, use acetic acid...
• Jackie throws vinegar over the Slitheen
• It explodes...
• The other Slitheen tell The Doctor that they want the defense codes so they can cause World War Three
• They await a call from UNIT to give them the codes...
• The Doctor tells Mickey to access the Royal Navy's systems
• Mickey locates a submarine
• and launches a Harpoon missile...
• The Doctor, Harriet and Rose take refuge in the cupboard
• The Slitheen are blown up...
• All is sorted out
• Mickey says he doesn't want to travel with The Doctor...
